With warmth, humor, straightforwardness, practicality and a casual vibe, my job is to teach you how to be your own parent, therapist, doula, and teacher so that your conditioning, patterns and unprocessed emotions can easily be transformed and you can become the person with whom you most enjoy spending time.
My goal is for you to be self-sufficient and know how to be with yourself through everything that life presents. This means that you will create a foundation for living that has you able to make choices and navigate from a place of wellness. The idea is that we heal your nervous system and restore your natural blueprint of health, all in the context of love, compassion, integrity, and joy—including fun and play!
In school, there are no classes called “How to Handle Life” or “How to Feel All Your Feelings and Then Move On.” Our skills develop by watching the people around us, in person and on TV. What are the chances that you had great role models for being emotionally mature, physically healthy, wildly successful, happy, and loving with great communication skills?
There is a way and the roadmap is available to handling your life, feeling your feelings, and moving on. Most traditional therapy focuses on “understanding” our pain or behaviors and “discovering” the root source. However, that strategy keeps us in our head, or our conscious mind. In my private practice, I will teach you the tools, skills, and strategies to shift into the parts of your brain and body that actually learned the negative patterns and beliefs, and stored any trauma that you just can’t seem to shake.Â
When we work together, we will not start by diving into what went wrong or all the problems that you’ve been experiencing. After you’ve shared why you’re seeking support, we will start by nourishing you and make you feel better now. If you are struggling, why would we start with “work” that has you feeling further depleted?
Once you have more bandwidth: you are sleeping better, have more energy, are taking better care of yourself, and have reduced the stressors that have created your circumstances, we will be able to work on the deeper layers so you have long-lasting, permanent results.

Whereas my formal education was focused on psychology, it was everything that came after that which has given me the skills to help people feel good—with real results, quickly. My studies and personal experience post-grad includes transpersonal psychology, hypnosis and hypnotherapy, buddhist psychology, shamanism, trauma healing, somatic experiencing, perinatal psychology, multiple styles of yoga, breathwork, dance, plant medicine, nutrition, sexual healing and revitalization, EFT tapping, meditation and pet therapy.

Because this is a coaching style therapeutic process, I ask people to make a 3-6 month commitment. People either pay in full or monthly. If you have an upcoming birth or medical procedure, I will consider a one-time session or a one-month process.

My rates are based on a sliding scale.
I believe everyone should have an equal opportunity to thrive, no matter their income. For this reason I offer a Pink Bottle Sliding Scale pricing method, where you get to decide what works for you.Â
My rates are not based on the time we spend together. They are based on the level of support that I provide on a daily basis along with the decades of training and experience it has taken to create a fast, effective roadmap to wellness.Â
My clients range from medical and business professionals, to therapists, to students, to lawyers, to creatives, to birth professionals, to parents, to singles, with and without children. Everyone is welcome. The only requirement is that you be ready to make changes and that you be coach-able.
